The forum is organised by the Council, but is run by landlords for landlords. The agenda is agreed by the landlords and is designed to provide landlords with the necessary advice and assistance to improve the private rented sector and promote business opportunities.
The forum is supported by the National Landlords Association who provide guidance and an independent view on issues affecting the private rental market.The forum meets four times a year, alternating between the two local authority areas.
